seems like your passion for teaching has burned out, and am not surprised.
Does the attractive pay and payouts still commensurate your time?

I dont think the pay is "attractive" in lieu of hours spend daily as compared to other 5day jobs.
(Assuming extra hours will be calculated as OT)

But i thought now alot of those alliance teacher which lightens the workload ?

i always think that the most suitable people to be teachers are people who only care about money and leave. if you care too much about students and helping people, more often than not you are the first to get burned out.

you don't count OT because your fellow executive/manager peers probably don't get OT pay as well.

Some of the "freshie" tutors that taught me have since went on to become Principals and VPs.
The friends i know who went into teaching are still teaching in their respective Pri/Sec and JCs.

they don't seem burnt out, at least they don't look that way

I've always wonder, if people can't be depended on, what are their use values?
If I'm totally independent, why do I need people buzzing around me.. hmm..

also depends on which level they teaching.

most important thing is to keep your passion and focus on student growth.
It feels [on a more immediate impact ] more rewarding then staring at the results and dramas they give you [when you lie down on your bed with pipes to your lungs].
