i think thats about 120mg Vitamin C?

vitamin c is good... have more vitamin c you won't get flu, cough and fever easily.

kinda hard to eat something to knock all the tar out of the lungs.

Anyone taking natural supplements for vitamin C?
i know i shld be taking more fruits and vegetables... but keep trying to grow this habit but not easy for me hahahaha
so thinking of taking natural supplements. been reading why you should eat vitamin c
thinking of buying the rosehip vitamin c

or you guys know what fruits has best source of vitamin c and can keep long in office environment (air conditioned, but no fridge).... i only know orange.

me me! old auntie old liao so must take multi vitamins to supplement
