I been to suntec laofoye before, got to avail dandruff treatment & it was effective, for only few visits I see improvement on my scalp and continued until no more reddish scalp. I was also surprise to see the result. Although its a little expensive but it work.

Can share how much is per session? Do you do any chemical services at the salon while you still at LAo fo ye?

I used to have this prob, until one day I google and found out castor oil actually helps to strengthen the hair and nourishes the scalp. But boy I had a hard time hunting for it, very hard to get castor oil in Singapore. I only manged to get one from the Pharmacy next to the Orchard Isetan supermarket and later found out some sellers at Q10 are also selling them. The brand Jamaica seems to have better results but I got it from Q10, can't remember how much, maybe below $30. Smells alittle like tobacco....haven't use it for awhile, cause my hair are doing ok now.

Black sesame is the best! Not only keeps the hair BLACK, it provides high levels of calcium and prevents hair loss.
Yes, sesame is good because it has both calcium and magnesium.  This 2 minerals have a complementary relationship and the intake of one impacts the other.  Since both are important for good health, it is important not to over consume one over the other.  Another good source for both calcium and magnesium is dark, green, leafy vegetables.

Just to share, i hear advices from my hair consultant. She advised me to consume black sesame, peanuts, zinc, vitamin C and vitamin B to help with hair loss. I think all these comes with moderation and it's also not too good to overly dependent on supplements.

I thought of sharing this to those who are still in the same situation as me. We can probably consider taking normal food which have some  of these vitamins/minerals inside.  :)

May we fight against the horrible hair loss!

Recently quite stress on my shops, as retail is not doing quite well. Seems that I have significant more hair falling when combing or washing my head... sigh.... :-[

I don't know if you have sorted your problem yet but you might want to read this article and see if it is something you might want to do - stylecraze.com/articles/vitamin-e-for-hair-growth/
Please update if you decide to try this.

First sign of calcium loss - hair loss.

Extreme calcium loss - premature loss of teeth.

Black sesame, black sesame, black sesame!!!!

I take black sesame regularly. I am too lazy to make them myself so I have been buying it in powdered form. I add it to my coffee/hot beverage every morning.
