It's ok to eat a lot while being pregnant, you need the energy. What you shouldn't do, generally, is to drink sugary drinks. Drink tea or water, this is best for your body. Wishing you a healthy baby! :D

agree with u! water is the best!

avoid those sodas or drinks with lots of sugar

was just talking to my sisters today.
the idea is to eat more in smaller portion.
Reduce sugar intake (ie rice, cakes, snacks, soft drinks)

actually its not about skipping breakfast. its about intermittent fasting
i do intermittent fasting too, but i reverse it, i skip dinner.
Short summary is 16 hours of no-food and 8 hours period where you can eat proper meals.

you can google for intermittent fasting. it works because your body reacts and burn fats during period of no food.

you can have water, plain tea / coffee (with no milk nor sugar) during this period. =)

Just read this article too on how apple cider vinegar helps lose weight

perhaps for those who like to drink flavoured water instead of plain water, apple cider vinegar can be great to aid in losing weight.
i personally buy them in supermarkets in singapore. can buy online if u lazy to carry them (heavy leh)
helps in maintain healthy body too.

I heard apple cider vinegar is great too but not sure about what can it give us.
I'm drinking balsamic vinegar where it can help someone who has anemia.

Thanks for sharing. I think have more smaller meal in a day definitely helps on reduce the sudden hunger and cause over eating.
