anyway the sequence of eating also important.
you need to take in fiber first (veg or fruits), follow by meat, follow by carbo (rice, potato)

intetmittent is quite a big thing and is long term lifestyle change..  Only can eat for 8 hours and fast 16 hours a day. Most people only eat two meals on this and can lose quite a bit due to reduction in calories

i dun think is true...  ::)

Fruit need to take half an hr before meal.

actually follow all these isn't it a pain. Just exercise and eat balance diet can alrdy

for me, is quite ok.. coz i already get used to it... that's why my weight is quite constant...
but other people see me, they will find very ma fan coz so many things to follow. coz beside eating sequence, frequency/number of meals and dun like to eat carbo. i also dun eat processed food and dun take carbonated drinks. dun eat after 8pm. :P

the exercises i do is more for firming / toning body, not lose weight

Whoa expert. For people who're accustomed to the usual diet of rice + veggy + meat and then fruits will take some time to make the change. Like for me, it takes me a while to adjust too.

Its a lifestyle change. Did you already get used to this lifestyle diet since young?

Maybe my parents also very particular in food intake so my food intake already is quite healthy since young. my family eats unprocessed rice, low sodium, less oil. if not high temp, we will use olive oil and they never over-eat.. i still will go for buffet  :P

after i start working, my weight keep on increasing from 38kg. so i start my own routine to control my weight. after sticking to the routine, for many years my weight is around 43kg to 45kg. my height is 160cm.

according to BMI is underweight. but since i didnt exercise (like those hardcore one), i'm overfat. so i don't look skinny, not like those skin & bone type.

now i pregnant, i also got monitor my weight  :-X  make sure i eat the right food, right amount at right time. i also dun eat in the middle of the night, but will eat until before 10pm. and only eat until i not hungry (not until i full). so far now weight 56kg  :-X  my babies are slightly above average in my stomach though..

I think I'm way too early in my life stages to ask this - is there any way to keep healthy and fit with pregnancy going on? My mom used to tell me that she had such a hard time resisting hunger pangs and temptations for really sinful, sultry good food.

Damn I think I'd be those momma that you imagine in the yo-mama jokes haha.

and third trimester is gain slower, not faster...
