Anlene for calcium?

Any suggest for calcium intake?
to build my bones :(

most common in market seems anlene... but frankly i do not like the tastes...

try anlene in chocolate flavour! it tastes so much better than the plain anlene!

Just take calcium tablets.
Just buy those generic brands and it really cheap, e.g. 50 tablets for $5 niah.

Just buy those generic brands and it really cheap, e.g. 50 tablets for $5 niah.

faster than taking anlene milk.
oh its just 10 cents for 1 calcium tablet.

Can get those calcium tablets from GP or those hospitals' pharmacy. I am unsure if guardian/unity pharmacies are selling or not...
I am currently eating this type of generic calcium tablets.

No problem!
I find it worth the $ coz it has both calcium and vit D. Saves lotsa money.
Definitely cheaper to buy this generic brand! :)

Yup. I read elsewhere that calcium can help weight loss too.
I usually take 1 tab of 500mg calcium before bed.
