Huh?!!! Got people report me izzziiiiiit ?  :'(

no one reported you. but no decent woman will like to mix with a friend who keeps using sexual jokes or remarks. :)

Chit Chat Corner / Re: Bored, lonely and tired of it

Hi everyone,

I don't even know where to begin and i find myself quite pathetic to be in the office on a Sat evening posting here. A brief introduction... i am female, 26 this year, run my own business and am financially well off. I am also in a happy relationship and have supportive family members. The only thing i'm really missing in my life is true friends.

Is this even a problem? I believe i have this issue because i have never worked for anyone before and have always been self employed. (hence not having any colleagues). The only people i communicate with everyday is my staff, clients and bf. I do have some friends but to be honest, none of them are really true to me.

I don't think i am a very difficult person to be with. In fact i would consider myself fairly amicable.. i do not have any problems socialising and all my clients seem to get along with me pretty well as we speak so much during our appointments. I have tried converting some of them into real friends but somehow it never really happens.

I used to keep in touch with my primary school friends but throughout the years we drifted apart. Goes the same for my secondary school friends and i am tired of maintaining such friendships. I am tired of asking people out and looking desperate for company. Am i just doomed to work every day and have no fun? My bf is in the F&B industry and i only see him late at night only. We do not have weekends together and i just feel like i am... living an extremely boring life.

I'm tired of not being prioritised. People around me keeps leaving me for no good reason? And i dont really know why because most of my clients enjoy being around me. What should i do to get a life?! i'm envious of those who have close girlfriends or even a group of friends to just hang out and have fun. I'd just scroll my feed and wonder why am i always the lonely one. I'm not sure how long can i survive this. Money is not a problem,.. i don't mind buying someone a meal and have good conversation. It's a damn sat evening..... I'm too young for this really.

business owner too.
its always a problem... loneliness in your own company =)
there are tons of nice friends here in this forum

Money and financial discussions / Re: Singapore IPOs, stocks bloggers
« on: October 22, 2018, 05:14:31 pm »
im a big fan of the blog that talks about singapore IPOs and other stocks sharing.
i think many financial guys look toward this blogger for important information on Singapore IPO.

Loves his blog.

Also love Dividend Warrior, a young dude who built his wealth from scratch and passive income

And finally i like this old folk- ASSI or A Singapore Stock Investor. he is masked, publicity shy.

if you guys know them, please ask them to share their financial experience with Singaporeans here! =)
i visited all of their blogs before lol
all very detailed writers

Temasek Bonds pay 2.7%
much better than this HL fixed deposit.

risk is very low, given that temasek is government-linked.
If temasek collapse, no point holding singapore dollars also

@SarahPB - you play the sax too?  :o

It's on my bucket list. Easy to pickup and learn?

3 months of practise should get u jingle bells. not difficult but breathless at times.
in fact, if u do it daily, 1 month is enough

haha don't think human shampoo shld used on dogs. lol

yeah.. got some ingredients not meant for our furry friends.

in fact, i say humans don't really need harsh shampoo that damage our natural oils.
i say dog shampoo is more gentle :P

Any musicians here playing flute, clarinet, guitars or saxophone etc etc?

I am having planning a mini renovation of my room and want to have nice stands for my musical instruments. (I have guitar, flute and saxophone lol)

Wondering if any recommendations? I know Luther Music in Singapore, saw this Amazon seller too with their own website for good music stands

appreciate if music lovers can come give suggestions :D

hmm may need a saxophone stand for myself soon.
singaporeans seldom use stands... dunno why most pple like to keep in their casings.

Recently, I started to learn the Ukulele and I want to learn did you guys play any musical instruments? Do you all learn the music theory first or just search for tabs online (like what I'm doing). ;D
