i use those cream for face and use on my neck - either those cream are too oily for my face or i have too many and cannot finish up. I guess somehow will benefit my neck =D

was just talking to my sisters today.
the idea is to eat more in smaller portion.
Reduce sugar intake (ie rice, cakes, snacks, soft drinks)

Read some self improvement books to gain more knowledge.
For skills wise, you might want to see which career path are you heading to and find a course to upskill and be prepared when opportunity comes

i got a pair of shoe from bangkok - terminal 21.
It should be level 2 or 3. The leather shoe is very comfy. Price is about SGD$80 but really worth it!

i think scrub 2X a week and apply sunblock and those whitening cream =)

Marche ? or those hotel buffets

I bought those from watson! 1 box consists of 5 i think..
It will release heat when you put over the eyes..the feeling is good !

i think pets can feel us! I have a dog and whenever im unhappy, he can sense it...
