.... i don't see how this is a debate at all? ???  a woman's dressing should have no bearing as to whether she deserves to be molested or raped?!!!!  ::)

Has Singapore started to regress?
Look at other countries where the ladies are covered from head to toe. That doesn't stop them from being raped either. Where is the logic?

that logic probably came from a mind which thinks that men cannot control themselves when faced with women who wear shorts.
Such a mindset probably comes from the writer's personal experience?  ::)

ps: criminal psychology always deviate far far frm the norm..

I would sarpok "No Clothes Day" once a month so as to teach everyone to resist temptation .... we need to strengthen ourselves against weakness of the flesh ... and meditate!  8)
