Quote
The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has launched a new online service called MyProperty, which allows homeowners to view their own title deeds and boundary plans for free.

Previously, owners would have to pay a fee of between $5.25 and $16 to view such information via the SLA’s Integrated Land Information Service (INLIS), or over the counter.

The online service includes all private property titles and about 130,000 HDB property titles that have been digitised so far. The rest of the HDB property titles are expected to be digitised by the end of 2019.

Members of the public can access the service at www.sla.gov.sg/MyProperty by logging in with their SingPass. It is accessible on multiple platforms including desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
