If stomper were really concerned, he should have taken a hacksaw and sawn off the "spear" instead of waiting for an accident to happen.

That's the trouble with singaporeans, only know how to complain instead of taking the initiative  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Unker.. that 'spear' doesn't look easy to remove.  I think need hydraulic drill or something stronger..

I think hacksaw the base and minimize the protrusion so that anyone who falls on it will come to a less grievous end ....  :-[

Best way to test it out is to activate some pokemon lures nearby.. :P

Natural selection - survival of the fittest.  Test if an accident happens 1st or someone removes the 'spear' 1st.
