Personally I prefer Biolane diaper rash cream for daily use and Desitin purple one if the redness started.

In the main while, you can try to air his butt especially when he is sleeping. Just put a waterproof sheet and open up the diapers, put below and try to air as much as possible. The reason of redness is due to moisture. Hope it helps and speedy recovery to your baby!

Thank you for your information! I'd like to try!

I highly recommend you to use Alobaby products. They are made from organic materials. I'm not sure they will be a solution to the problem you have. If you are interested in it, just check it on Qoo10.

I am looking for an organic skin care cream. He has a rash on his bottom. I applied some cream to his skin but it didn’t improve them. I am also looking forward organic products. Additives are harmful to my baby. I think the cream does not match his skin. I heard local skin care products have too strong efficiency for Japanese people. Does anybody have a recommendation? ???
