Hair Washing Techniques
« on: October 06, 2015, 05:29:34 pm »
I go to a hair care shop (not those branded beijing/yunnan), and the auntie actually explained to me some tips about hair care:

1) Our scalp is like the soil, while hair is like the flowers. If the soil is unhealthy, no flowers will grow
2) When washing hair, focus on scrubbing the scalp, and not your hair
3) Scrub with ur fingers, not your nails, nails will damage your scalp
4) Rinse off well, and towel scrub your scalp with fingers to ensure the scalp is dry
5) If applying tonic, apply to scalpe and massage, instead of hair

Wow, thanks for sharing this information. For me, after washing I always try to air dry my hair, unless rushing then I will use the blow dryer.  :)
The name ShuperStar is derived from the words Shoe (“Shu”) and Superstar, because we want everyone who wears our shoes to be the star attraction – a ShuperStar!

i heard of hollywood's No Poo Campaign.... apparently many celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston do not use shampoo at all!
shampoo is actually not necessary for our hair. just plain water is enough for our hair... thats shocking  :o

I am thinking of changing what I am currently using to the Karmin 4 step hair repair system because it also contains argan oil which my hair loves and follow your 5 step hair washing method. Thank auntie also.
