Did you try it? My family is addicted and I keep making a batch every week for everyone to snack on. It's like chocolate for me but without any guilt.

Yesterday I put a spoon of peanut butter in as well, just to mix things up and it was pure yum!

I'm always on the lookout for some yummy, easy and healthy snacks for the family and especially with 2 young 'uns at home with a ravenous appetite. These balls don't last longer than 2 days whenever I make them and the culprit is typically the baby!

What are your favourite recipes? My current obsession is this 15 minute Lemon Coconut Balls. Sometimes I swap out the lemon and add Hershey's Cocoa Powder for Chocolate Balls. Seriously yum.
