what constitutes stalking in singapore?
Is facebook stalking considered an online harrassment too? I believe there are some guys there harassing my sister too with facebook and emails asking to talk to her.
the problem is whenever she blocks the facebook account, that guy will create a new facebook account to find her and message her.
she doesn't want to make her profile private due to her work. :(
So far at least no whatsapp stalking or loitering at her home.....

Deactivate the Facebook tempo, or put the person in ignore list.
Whatsapp can just mute for 1 year ba  ???
If he dunno your address no need worry yet

Singapore really a lot of stalkers.
Best is to seek Singapore Police Force by making a police report online or via physically visiting a station.
https://www.police.gov.sg/e-services/report/police-report
can spend 10 minutes to make a police report for stalking in singapore

stalkers really damn harmful....
A lot of them has bad mental health. not going to laugh at mental health, but I think they really should seek medical advice and community and family support.
if not, they causing us great anguish and pain siah.

online stalkers even worse. force us to close all our facebook, instagram, snapchat etc.
jialat these stalkers.

my personal advice is do not ever give stalkers attentions. do not talk to them, do not acknowledge their existence.

 :(
This device usage has led to police report even overseas, better nt try it anywhere lol. Its name is in Chinese though. And it sends electrical drill sounds and vibrations.

Not sure if those waves Will damage building onot also.
Don't play play

I merely mentioning it due to its notoriety and good reviews overseas. Don't encourage anyone to use.

It seems common that ppl r irritated by neighbour until there is such invention since long.
Perhaps endurance is the best.

Lol does he live directly above you.
There's a device easily bought online though.
But don't want to advise u on because it may not be approved by housing authority  :P

It has remote you can control the noise and vibration levels, usually used overseas to prank noisy neighbours. You can even set a timer.
That is an excellent idea, i don't care about approved by housing authority because no improvement when making complaint to them :( I just buy that device stick on top of my ceiling and disturb them  8) so what is the name of the device, I am curious to know  ;D

Use weak HCL or H2SO4 ..... eventually all the clothes will have lobang ... kekeke ... :P
;D

How about blasting with supersoaker? ???
I have this on plan too, but will he call the police? ???

I believe u can hang some Halloween toy like those big dead crows which look omos real.
My parent doesn't like it :( I also wanted hang Hulk Hogan's poster too and instead of glaring at me, he will be glaring at Hulk Hogan :P

I just saw his wife when I walked out of my main door. His wife often glare at me after we made complaint about her husband. Anyway, I am not sure if that is a male or female, body is male and head is female  :P that looks like a trans :P I will show the video of her later

have u crossed his path before? why he stalk u?
or he knows ur family?
I have complaint about him to NEA before where he throws food from his kitchen window and feed the pigeon. The whole story is here: http://petalbytes.com/help-me!/very-annoying-neighbor/ so he got pissed and wants to take revenge on us. One of them was the video that I posted where he stole our empty flower pot and glare into our window. he is the worst I have ever encountered so far

Next time you wear this clown mask and say "boo" to her around the corner

I don't think he is scared of this, I actually had a plan since he likes to glare into my kitchen window, I might want to cosplay as a female ghost to scare him  :P or maybe purchase a kind of projector or something to project a female ghost with long hair and white clothing to scare him hopefully this will make him get stroke and he can't move around anymore :P
