Need advice on a business idea
« on: March 08, 2018, 12:10:53 am »
Hi, I am toying with the idea of setting up a one-stop body management business. The purpose is to provide wholistic education, analysis and solutions to anyone who wants to improve their health or get in shape. Personalised services provided could include :

- nutrition analysis & program
- exercise program & community support group
- emotional/stress level analysis & recommendation
- sleep analysis & recommendation

Any opinion or advice? Would you make use of such services?

Looking forward to some feedback.

Thank you.

@beaverjuice, I am thinking of charging ala cart or as a bundle of all services. How much do you think the market would be willing to pay to resolve their respective problems?

Charge by bodyweight loss or bust size improvement?

Eg  $200 per kg weight loss or $1000 per cup-size upsized or downsized?

you have a problem with pseudo competitors.

there are many mlm firms out there who wanna sell their "healthy" solutions or health milkshakes/pills/magic stone

so many of their agents offering holistic FREE analysis and customised solutions disguised to get leads in.

u may have a problem fighting them. if i were u, i would aim the wealthy pple who have no patience with mlm or "free" stuff.
then again, its easier said than done

Wow, if this is the case it will cost $400 in week one. Dont think anyone would want to engage my service.

I see. Thanks for your advice. I heard of those who advised their clients to just drink shakes everyday ...haha.
