I think it is good to listen if you are clueless as they provide a general overview and they are free! Just don't sign up for their expensive classes.

are u over spending?

IMHO, everything in life is about attitude and discipline. No seminar can help u, only u can help herself :)

Unless u are talking about financial planning. Then it will be good to get ideas from seminar. Else u can read from internet for ideas.

In what way? Don't know what to do with your money? Or over spending?

I see... And you need to provide us more details on the seminar in order for us to help you. By providing little details, we can't really know what seminar and financial goals you are aiming for.

If you are talking about investment or trading seminars, then forget about them. They are useless. Those with good techniques don't even need to conduct seminars to earn that small amount. Good and proprietary techniques can, on average, earn traders 10% of their capital per week.

If my guess from your limited info is correct, you are looking at stock market? Do pick up a few books to read them over the next 1 or 2 years. Understand the stocks and market. Market is peaking and one shouldn't enter the market now. Save up the money and enter the market when recession has developed, matured and is over. The current market is an old and dying bull. You can look at value investing, or focus on dividend.
