I agree with this. but point number 2 a bit hard for us girls to cut. and point number 3, we will need at least 1 or 2 leather goods for socialising or networking purposes.

I think a good cleansing regime works far better than facials, IMPOV.  I used to spend $200 monthly on facials and what it ever did was to open up my pores and bruise my face  :'( ...... okay some of the machines are quite good like the LPG M6 but still the ROI wasn't really worth it on hindsight.

agree partially on the leather goods - but there are Hermes and there are good classy timeless chic like a TOD's which needn't cost a bomb .....  and you really only ever need 2 or at most 3 in the wardrobe.

btw what happened to the "sharing" economy?   I thought millenials don't like to own but share
