sometimes dun always put blame on others, we need to take a step back and reflect on ourselves too.

i was actually okay with my in-laws prior to getting married because my husband and i shuffle between my parents place and his parents place.

now that we are married and i've moved in to his place, all the 'differences' starts coming out. even small things like washing of laundry also becomes a problem.

le sigh  :-\

Since you cohabited for a while, didn't those familial cultures and customs rear its head already?

somehow I dun wish to stay tgt after marriage .. but circumstances seem to make it so.

I love my freedom.. hoping I will stay unmarried for longer time like maybe few more years.

or maybe just together like nw will be sufficient. 😔

I don't really like my future MIL. Quite lazy and given that marrying a girl = marrying the whole family and the package and everything, the thought of providing for a lazy bum kinda turns me off >:(

u r a didi right? lols. marriage on the cards already so young?

me not so much on the mil prob but rather I was brought up in such a way.. freedom n personal space.. was a luxury I enjoyed (or u could say all that I have wen my soul was poor n homeless, and all that I love when my soul was uplifted)

it's like an old friend. how could anyone give it up for anythg else. wonder if hv any like-minded ppl Hu lead non-conventional lifestyle. or eventually conformed. 😐

PS: Anyways actually shouldn't ur SO have some similar traits as your future mil?
