Normally how much do you spend on Living Room & Kitchen renovation for your new house.

Im thinking just a simple reno for living room and kitchen, 5k each enough??  8)

I think might be tight. Nowadays all 5 digits. Even pure ikea furniture would be quite ex.

Lets say excludes electronics and furnitures? jus capentry works and reno works?
5k do kitchen cabinet & kitchen door enough ma?

There's this app/website called Qanvast. Can filter property type and size and budget and theme to see other people's home reno. But their pricing whatever you see take it with a pinch of salt la haha.

I use it to see see look look for cool ideas  ;)

There are lotsa ppl who share their renovation process as well as contractors/interior designers in that forum.
