I mainly follow Hatha yoga now for my health well being. Once in a while I will do power yoga to sweat out my sin of eating buffet and sweet stuffs. Ever since I practiced yoga, my asthma was under control and didn't have attacks that often like last time.

Yoga for life.

Combine with breathing technique and meditation, it feels very good too.

Yes why not haha. You can try at home first if you are shy. Get a feel of what yoga is like and know your limit, then if join a classes if you are really interested. But best is go for classes so that instructor can correct your posture. The best thing about yoga is that you will see yourself improve in terms of health, mind state, flexibility, strength, and limits.

Yea I agree, best to go for classes so the teacher can guide and correct your postures. Furthermore will feel more motivated when the teacher pushes the class!

have you tried bikram? i've been wanting to try but not sure if i can take it. sometimes at hot yoga (37 degrees) i already feel light headed from the heat. bikram is 41 degrees... scared later i faint inside.

Yea, agree. You can try to do it at home, watch some youtube yoga videos and subscribe to the one you think is more approachable by you. Or if you are shy, you also can try to search for website that provide price comparison tool such as Kaodim, we can request for one on one lesson too. But I guess, it will feel more motivated if we go to the fitness centre yoga class, as you can see a lot of people practicing yoga too, all purposes are for better life. At least, you can get some motivation there. Best of luck :)
