What is your daily diet?

I guess most of us are trying to lose weight?
Lets have a chat and see what our normal diet is like?

I usually have 3 meals a day.

Breakfast will be egg whites and a cup of coffee.
At about 11am, i will be munching 1-2 pieces of biscuits or chocolates or fruits.
Lunch will usually consists of carbo stuff with meat and veges.
Dinner will mainly stick to proteins like fish or veges and fruits. I will try to avoid carbo like noodles etc.
However, i might be munching snacks after dinner. I am trying to cut down on that currently.
Nowadays, i try to jog about 3 times a week, roughly 30mins each time.
Hmm... i think i shld do some kettlebells as well.

I change from white rice to brown rice, from 55kg to 47kg

My diet is slightly different. Main reason is cos I'm clearing my belly fats.

First meal w/ exercise
Banana x 1 (fruit)
Apple x 2, Orange x 2, Egg White x 5 (juice)

Second meal
Yong Tau Foo Soup w/o Rice

Third meal
Chicken drumstick x 1
Sunny side up x 1
Vegetables

Fourth meal
Banana x 1

Fifth meal w/ exercise
Apply x 2, Orange x 2, Egg White x 5 (juice)

Challenging to keep up with the meals and its my first week. I do weight lifting to build muscles. :o

Thats a huge weight loss. Are your workouts still the same? Or you have made some changes to your workout?

My protein shake is the juice. Egg white gives me the protein which I think I will need for my building. It's a trial and error. I don't know if that works yet. Every individual body is unique. Tried several recipes found online but don't seem to work. Will update once I see some improvements! >:( fighting!

I read that there is a certain amount of protein intake in order to gain muscles.

Brunch: 1 pastry (pong pia)
Lunch: QQ rice and 1 kopi (100 calories)
Tea : Biscuits (100 calories)
Dinner: 1 guava, 2 bananas and 1 cup of grapes and 1 box of pepero.
Exercise: brisk walking for 30mins (150-200 calories burnt)

lunch: cai fan (1 meat, 1 tofu, 1 veg)
dinner: homecook food (half bowl rice, fish, veg, meat, cordyceps soup)
after dinner: 1 persimmon

pre lunch snack: 0.5 packet of calbee potato chips
lunch: one beef pie, one slice of cheese cake (from starbucks)
pre dinner snack: 0.5 packet of calbee potato chips

Oh... just google and you can find your info there liao. Even hpb also provide this info. They even have calories for local hawker food.
I have a polar watch where it helps to track my heartbeat and calories burnt.
I have been doing calories counting on and off for 2 years that it becomes a habit liao.
However, must bear in mind that not all calories are the same. 200 calories from chicken breast meat and 200 calories from rice is different leh.
