Um I put on some hair oil before I wear the cap and after swimming I use conditioner  :)

really must do hair masks a few times a week to stop hair from drying out - the chlorine is very drying.

I like the orange tub (Oleo-relax) from Kerastase. Very worth it!

end of day haze is about particles in the air leh which is just dust.
Plus everytime you surface use mouth to breath in, even less filter than nose.

I stopped swimming for awhile liao, unless its private indoor pool.
From my block jump down is public pool... which cleaning is about once a month

Spit saliva into your googles. Let the magic work for about 2 mins. Swish-swoosh your goggles with the water and tada! Bob's your uncle. :)

Uncle Bob is guardian angel. Haha! Try it spitting method! Let me know if it works. Just a tip - don't wash it off immediately. ;)
