u need to lose fat. cut down on all sugars.
dont drink any beverages with sugar... tea is great (not lemon tea or commercially asian teas as they contained added sugar)
fats are fine, u need a little of it, but not too excessively deep fried food.

my colleague consulted a nutritionist to plan her diet to lose weight, n i think she told me she managed to lose a 2-3kg! so i guess diet plays a very important role if you are looking to lose weight

Some fats are ok, but cut down on carbs! Rice, noodle, bread, ect....try cutting them down and regularly exercise. But there's one thing you will need plenty of it....determination.

diet is one third of the equation !
exercise is the 2nd third of the equation while sleep is the third.

Exercise regularly , find something easy and stick with it.
eat healthily , remember a moment on the lips , a life time on the hips

Cut sugar and reduce carbs . Should be able to see some results . But first u need measure ur fat levels first . If you have higher fats levels ur results should be more drastic :)
For me I go low carb not much effect one ...:

i have the same problem too! i tried exercising and dieting but it doesn't really work. my mom goes to SHOU and she asked me to try. i was kind of skeptical but i saw changes in her so i decided to give it a try too. i have to say i am surprised.
