Agreed. Short, high-intensity workouts are much more effective at burning fat.

Hill sprints, as someone suggested, is good.

However, I feel that heavy squats in the 5 rep range are the best! I gained 1.5kg after a weeklong vacation and lost my abs. After a week of squats (5 sets of 5reps) they are visible again! Do make sure to use a weight you can only manage for 5 reps MAX and no more.

you did squats for 1 week and developed abs? you gotta be a true mesomorph then.

and short high intensive are very very tiring.... lol
i can get exhausted in 15 minutes.....

hahaha, that's the whole point mah. but usually HIIT routines won't go until 15 minutes (for each set).
