How many kg have u lost while on a diet?

The most I lost is 4kg eating low carb diet and it never bounce back.

i tried going on a low-carb diet, however i could never see through it as i love food too much!

Losing weight is really a troublesome task. Some people lose weight easily and gain back at the same speed once they stop exercising and stop eating low carb food. I had the same problem of gaining back the weight very fast, then my friend suggested me some tips which will help me to reduce weight and maintain it. These weight loss tips included exercising regularly, maintain a proper healthy diet. Skipping rope everyday and running 2-3 miles every day. She also suggested me to (MODERATOR REMOVED SITE] and follow the amazing tips given to lose weight and maintain it easily. I loved her suggestion and and followed it properly which have really worked for me.

that time i was like 50+ then i dropped to 42kg which was my secondary school weight.
it was quite bad because i wasn't eating anything except drinking the Cambridge Diet.
the diet supplement comes in sachets of soup, dessert flavors, meets all the daily nutritional needs while aiding weight loss. think now is defunct already.
it was supposed to be 3 packets a day for each meal time and i started with that; till about half a year later it became 1 sachet a day. I split the contents into 3 portions and mixed a big bottle of it for each meal time. i didn't exercise so i was using this to make sure the weight stayed off by keeping it to for at least a year. towards the end i start to eat normal food but only meats and no carbs.

it was quite drastic to mix 1 sachet into 3 big jugs of shakes but i guess i was really determined and it was a wake up call for me to stop.
was also ovo-vegetarian after for 2 years after my work location changed i started eating meats but i don't eat too much rice..

currently i eat normally and am about 45-47kg? it could be less because i started to go jogging like 3-5km 3x a week and that made me lose a poot ton of weight my chest is boney when i saw that, i stopped jogging and trying to eat more to put it back. its so ridiculous.

moral of story is, don't try too hard. make it maintainable, enjoyable, something you won't gain back even if you stopped exercising. unless you enjoy the exercising part, i suggest you try reducing carbohydrates intake - noodles, rice, starch, fake chinese vegetarian food, potato chips, cookies, any food that is processed like hotdogs.
just eat proteins like meats, chicken, fish. more vegetables.
potatoes are alright. eggs are great.
don't eat too many fruits a day - seriously these contain sugar, just one a day.
don't drink fruit juices - these sound healthy but NOOOOO.
don't keep drinking starbucks coffee.
don't drink ANY soft drinks - coke, pepsi, bye bye forever. hello coke zero.
reduce milk intake but supplement with calcium tablets.

the fruits in sugar isn't bad for us. it's those added refined sugar we should be cutting/limiting.
the recommended fruit intake is 3 servings a day, no?  ???
if really worried about sugar in fruits, can always choose low sugar fruits like apples, kiwis etc.

anyway @Hotstuff4u you mentioned your weight never rebound, but did you revert to your old diet?

I think the max I can lose is 3kg. I lost it during the grandpa wake. weight only 39kg I eat more to gain back my weight

I lost 14kg during NS 1st 3 months at tekong, from 84kg to 70kg.  Not too late to join army leh.. I heard they accepting volunteers, including females.

i like both cinnamon and honey, but research has shown long term consumption of cinnamon may result in liver damage.  :o :o :o
so i wonder who came up with such a weight loss method in the first place.

I only drink that when I hv alot of gas trapped inside and I can't expel it. It will force your body to expel all the gasses trapped inside.

The drink is really horrible cos the cinnamon taste quite jialak and it doesn't dissolve. I doubt that anyone can really drink it long term.
