Help me select between weight loss plans! I need the ideas!

Can somebody tell me or offer advice on such a problem?
For more than 10 years I have been affected by weight deprivation.
I've attempted many different ways and diet programs for losing weight.
The effect was several. But the result was not secure.
I found new weight loss plans on the web and decided to try.
One is a low-carb diet. There are many reviews that are positive and enough information about it.
The second reason is a <a href=https://top-diet.com/watermelon-diet-plans-results/> watermelon diet plan for weight loss</a>. For me, this is an unexpected application of watermelon. About this eating plan is also a whole lot of great reviews.
May somebody have already tried these kinds of diets?
Share your thought about them.

You forgot the other side of a weight reduction plan ie. EXERCISE !

No amount of dieting, even those touted crash-diet plan is gonna help .... they might even be harmful through depriving your body of necessary nutrients.

I would say Excercise >>> Diet ....

Don't let those charlatans fool you with diet plans or pills ....
