Ever tried eye masks for sleep?
« on: July 18, 2017, 07:34:04 pm »
Saw this recommendation for sleep mask https://misschocoholic.com/get-better-sleep-sleepwiz-luxiere-smart-eye-mask/

Been too tired to keep up my exercise routine because lately project at work has been getting me down, especially with all the hooha public is making about transport. Even at night sometimes I cannot sleep with the little time I have left. I guess the thought of what's meeting me the next day kind of makes me want to not have the hour zoom just by or something. This sleep mask looks really comfy and I do believe it will help me relax and sleep easier - i sleep more easily with a pillow on my face - has anyone ever tried this or something similar? Supposedly, it can make you sleep deeper without the side effect of pills. would be happy to try anything now.

Aw thanks! I usually pen down stuff/programmes that I have explored moderately. Unfortunately, I did not go ahead with the purchase and ended up trying some meditation techniques instead. Somehow, I feel that my inability of sleep is due to a lack of some kind of inner harmony / mental imbalance!

Aside from meditation there's also yoga for sleep too! You can try that. It does helps you relax your mind and wind down at the end of the day.

I don't really believe the mask can help you to sleep better. It might help you not to have any eyebags or dark circles, but definitely will not make you fallen asleep like a baby. Proven facts: temperature shouldn't be high, open the window before sleep and fresh the air. don't watch TV or use your phone, rather try to reed a book. turn off all lights. When it's dark, our body clock accept it as a time for sleep.

If I need to slp and can't usually will take some red wine or vodka.. don't think eye mask will help leh.

But usually it's more like I can't go to slp because I have work to do rather than because I can't slp lol.

I think a glass of red wine is good lar in any case .... opens up the veins and helps with the 血液循环
