Hello, saw on FB that Wander will be holding a 10-day fitness challenge for both rookies and experts. Might be worth giving it a try and detox properly during the 10 days. There's prizes also. Anyone wants to do this together?  :D

i have tried juice cleansing before but they don't really work. at the end of the day i feel tired and dizzy... i tried dieting and exercising but while it does tone up my body, i don't really see the weight dropping and it can be quite depressing...

1st u must understand why it doesn't work. Excreting lots of fluid in ur body cause dehydration that's why u feel so tired excessively.

Ur weight isn't dropping because u are not building muscle, u are losing muscle that's why. If I use my KARADA scanner to scan u, most probably what u are doing is harming ur body.

If I were u I also depress lah.

For me I take a supplement called R2 cos it has a detox supplement component inside it. Works for me though.

When I say detox, I don’t just mean going to the toilet or perspiring only.

It’s more of a cellular detoxification of the body not just liver or kidney

According to what I heard.. our body don't need detoxing if healthy.
Our body might become weaker during the detox phase and more prompt to virus attack. Be careful

Detoxing is important for our body especially our liver. Our liver is our detox organ and it cleanses out alot of bad stuff in our body. Everyone needs to detox at least once a year especially after festive eating of unhealthy food (think how much junk & alcohol during Xmas, New Year, CNY for some of us).

Check the ingredients in slimming tea and herbal tea. They may contain laxative or diuretic. These help us clear water mainly. Nothing else changes in terms of body fat or muscles. Thus, not sustainable nor healthy.

A well researched detox food is milk thistle.

Its important to know why you are detoxing and how to do it correctly. Also after detox, you need to know what do you do next.
