I wouldn't say it's fake... but it's still processed. Because as you mentioned previously, honey shouldn't have an expiry date.

true... but coz govt rules.
the longest expiry date possible for food is 5 years. even if u prove that it can last forever. hahaha.
im a manuka honey seller.
done some research, spoke to NZ farmers a lot.... generally i won't want to debate on raw or processed because there are different sides.
but lets all agree that honey is golden!

Cocoa is the ingredient that aids weight loss whereas sugar's the one that makes you gain weight.  I will say majority of the chocolate sold in supermarkets contains more sugar than cocoa.  Cocoa powder by itself is very bitter leh..

if wanna eat for weight loss, i think need to buy those cacao powder to add to smoothies or cacao nibs to add to oatmeal bah.
those usual cadbury chocolates cmi one.

Its those dark chocolates which can help weight loss. Milk chocolates help weight gains.

dark chocolates also have sugar (and some milk?). so i doubt it'll help with weight loss. i think you will have to look at cacao if you want to lose weight.
dark chocolate is just less diet-killing as compared to milk chocolates.
