Any ladies doing Martial Arts here?
« on: September 30, 2015, 11:35:26 am »
Hello! am new!

I'm currently doing Muay Thai and find it very effective for weight loss.
Anyone here doing Martial arts too? Seems like not alot of ladies are into it.  :'(
(most of my friends refused to go with me because they think it's very rough)

Wow, yeah scared too rough will get bruises and injured. However, should be good for protecting yourself from threat.  :)
The name ShuperStar is derived from the words Shoe (“Shu”) and Superstar, because we want everyone who wears our shoes to be the star attraction – a ShuperStar!

Hello all,

Was missing in action for sometimes due to busy schedule.
3 over months of training and I've lost a total of 8kg fats and feeling stronger than before.

Good news is, I stop getting bruises on my shin!
Made alot of like minded friends in the gym that makes my journey more fun and easier to follow :p
