stop demonizing poor butter! :(

i felt the need to speak up for butter after viewing countless "healthy baking" videos on youtube that omitted butter but still added in cups of white granulated sugar.  ::)

Although I don't consume it, I think butter is healthier than margarine.  I've heard that houseflies don't even land on margarine and its chemical compound is almost like plastic.

The expiry date of butter is also shorter so that could be another consideration.

Economies of scale and maybe demand? I'm also curious why NTUC soya milk without sugar costs more than normal ones with sugar.  Normal & less-sugar costs the same whereas no sugar a bit more ex.

I believe their pricing strategy is based on demand but not really cheng huo da jie lah.. the price difference is only 5-10 cents I think.

It's not a house brand butter... But I've tried it before, not bad and a lot cheaper.

They have other items that are relatively cheaper then ntuc. U can check out their stuff and make some comparisons...
