Rise or fall, it's being controlled and manipulated.
I've always wonder, if people can't be depended on, what are their use values?
If I'm totally independent, why do I need people buzzing around me.. hmm..

Rise or fall, it's being controlled and manipulated.

how is it controlled or manipulated?  It is all driven by fundamental human psychology .... how much one values it relative to fiat .... fiat money is backed by the solvency of sovereigns .... crypto is backed by the beliefs of the sheeples ....

if we believe that sovereigns are doomed,  ie. Singapore government is going down the sh!thole then fiat will rise ....

it is all a trust and belief system.

in any case,  I hope crypto will drop back to $100 .... volatility is good for trading .... otherwise it becomes a dead uninteresting stock .....

Human psychology is one thing.

Another thing is the whales colluding through planned buying and selling to maximise their earning. Because they already calculated how human psychology behaves and tap into it. Whales with huge stash to make the market move, and to roll up their $$$.. pumping the price to go up from the start. When is enough? When they reap enough to stop lo. Anw these cryptocurrencies are unregulated.. ppl with huge $$$ can easily form groups / hire different users to pump / dump..they probably can't even be caught because it's a grey area..ppl with huge financial reserves.. balls of steel and fortune favours the bold...Just hope the commoner know when to stop... Coz they'll nv know when the whales go home

traders would love bitcoins!
it is so volatile and so much dollar value per drop!
when it was $19000, it was so bubbly, i can imagine a lot of traders earn a lot shorting it all the way down to $8000
