Thailand and South Korea?
« on: November 14, 2018, 03:29:42 pm »
hi everyone! I’m considering a plastic surgery in spring this upcoming year and need an advice where better to search for a good and cheap hospital? I’ve heard that surgeons in Thailand are good enough and prices are not too high. And Seoul is the capital for plastic surgery but prices there are a bit higher… So, does it change anything if I choose a more expensive place or Seoul is just too commercialized?

I think it’s obvious… don’t choose the one that is cheap. Can say it based on my own experience! Got cosmetic surgery few yrs ago in my country and revised it few months later in Seoul, and very satisfied about my results.

What procedure did you get?  I’m actually thinking about fat injections and from what I know it’s one of the less invasive procedures (?)

No matter if it’s more or less complicated, the most important is to choose a real professional. I used to think that most hospitals in Seoul are too much commercialized but surgeons there are really good at what they are doing! So, don’t base your choice on the hospital but choose the doctor! And, btw… I got a fan transfer and rhino revision and Im getting a retouch in February 2019

I’m 100% agree, don’t chase after cheap prices, it’s your face! If you want to proceed a plastic surgery, just don’t spare money. I think secondary surgery would cost you even more! How was your recovery and healing? Were you in pain? Can you feel your nose now? I mean, from what I know nose loses sensitivity for some time? And which clinic did you go to? Do you have pics to share by any chance?

This is from two months ago.

It’s already been two months and the volume is still there and I think after my retouch next year the effect will be even better. Revision costed me much more than I originally paid for rhino! Hopefully, I went there with my friends and we got really good group discount or kind of… The recovery was quite good and healing as well. Didn’t feel any pain at all but it took me a while to see the final result. Sensitivity is already 100% restored. The first 2 weeks or so were the hardest, couldn’t breath properly, swelling was wild and couldn’t feel any smell but once cottons with stitches were removed I felt much better. For me, basically, everything was same. The hospital I went to was regen gangnam and my surgeon was dr Seokjun Lee
