i believe there are 3 inclusion methods. 1 is via armpits, 1 via nipple and the last one underneath the breasts.

don't go for the nipple inclusion if you intend to breastfeed later in life.

if you’re currently pregnant than it’s obviously, pretty dumb question :) when I got my operation, they gave me a pregnancy test to double check. If you are pregnant, you can’t get operation at least 6 months after giving a birth as far as I know. If you just think if there any affect on breastfeeding, the answer is no. I don’t have kids and my surgeon suggested to place implants under the muscle so there’d no pressure on mammary glands as well as getting it done through the under the breast incision to reduce any chance of milk ducts damage

Don’t you afraid that silicone can affect the milk quality by any means?

I think it depends on the quality of implants you wanna go with. I chose Motiva. They were the most expensive ones and as far as I know, they are the best for the moment in the market. I chose ergonomix demi and didn’t make the size too big. With 355cc I got full c from 32a

Thank you! When did you start working out again and how the recovery was? I also heard that wires bras should be excluded, but for how long? I personally think that breasts lose their shape in wireless bras, maybe because mine are too small lol. I’m currently 75B and want a full D cup a bit bigger than your result but still, which volume do you think would fit me the best?

I’m actually still recovering, only 2 weeks post op. Just to make it clearer for you this is a link https://www.realself.com/review/breast-augmentation-starting-breast-enlargement-journey?sortBy=created to my review I shared before the surgery, you can see how my breasts looked before and this is how they look now

as for wires and wireless bras, as far as I know it’s pretty standard guideline for at least 6-8 weeks as your implants might be pushed upward while in sports or wireless bras implants would be pushed down taking a natural position. I’m not 100% sure if the same implant size would give you the result you want, I think it’s better to consult with specialists

Your result looks great but don’t you think that your breasts are too high? I couldn’t find in your review the name of your surgeon or a hospital where you proceeded it, could only understand that you did it in Korea? How much did you pay so far?
