always go to a dermatologist. don't go to beauty salons for this kind of invasive treatments.
dermatologist are expensive but worth it. consultation is already minimum 150 so definitely around 3k would be a good price for good skin.

Has anyone tried clinics outside of downtown/posh areas? I have a feeling the machines are all the same, whether Orchard or Katong or Holland V?

Yes I agree, I did tattoo lasers at a clinic in town with the friendly Dr Joseph Yang, but I was happy to do so for the location and convenience. I am tattoo free now, all thanks to Dr Joseph Yang!
Dr Yang is in Orchard.

I also also done pigment lasers at a non posh area. My doctor told me its like air travel, u can fly first class, economy or even do flight transits. Ultimately, you will get there.  :) He fixed my freckle pigmentation in a session! Its been a year now and I still have good skin all thanks to Dr Daniel. Not sure where he is based now but I think he still maintains his aesthetic blog.

My aunt just had an experience at One Face Medical Aesthetics. She had good review about it.
Even though it's sponsored for me, but she gave me her honest experience as she's the one going through with the treatment. Technically she is still at the stage of applying the cream still and can already see significant result. You can see the pic and read about it here: http://ivianathui.blogspot.com/2017/06/one-face-medical-aesthetic.html

it might not be really called needling, but it's a procedure of doing multiple injections at the pitted scars using fine needles to break down the fibrous tissue that's pulling the pitted scar down.

The one i went is at suntec...Tried their Laser! Not bad lei =D

u know how much each session cost? my face dont really have lotsa pits, but i dont mind look younger  :-*

I think you can shop around and ask different doctors for their prices la.. but its not true that cheap is good. It is just like buying branded clothes and shoes.. you pay more and you get better quality.. so it depends on what result you want..

I have been following Dr. Siew for a long time and I trust him with my skin. Used to go to him for pigmentation problems. It has cleared now so I am going to him to treat other conditions. Give it a go if you want... highly recommended!

Hello! Ive been struggling with adult acne. Currently am on antibiotics and monthly maintenance with Carbon Peel Laser which effectively unclogs my pores.

The cheapest carbon peel laser in town is at Gangnam Laser Clinic and NOVU clinic. Both about $100 each session after signing package prices. But I like Gangnam clinic cos the trial is $48. Cheap and good. Other clinics in town quoted me $250-400 for carbon peel. They might be using a better machine, but I don't need that.

As for acne marks, I do Rejuran healer filler to lighten. Rejuran can repair skin tissues. Pitted scars, fine lines etc, all can be treated overtime.

Actually you are right.. machine based treatments are generally the same.. injectables are different. It is safer to stick to a doctor with experience.

I have done lasers with Dr Daniel Chang for my pesky pigmentation. Really liked the result. He shared with me about the common pigments, so I now know there is more to pigmentation that just freckles lol!
