Royce also luxurious mah ...... but if you eat Van Houtan (not the one from FP), you can save a little bit more ..... sedikit sedikit jadi lama lama bukit !  8)

anyway, back to topic - would you "save" the nature reserve by incurring 6 minutes extra of travel time and paying $ 2 billion more ?  ......

Singapore's style has always been to uproot nature, mix it with cement and then rebrand herself as a garden city.

I think skirting around is pretentious whereas going underground is wishy-washy.  Since they are going to screw nature, they might as well cut through the reserve at the surface and let the commuters see some greenery or roadkill.  I'm sure the tourists will love it too.
