a pedophile is never rehabilitated ...... they will always think that those young underaged gals or boys "love" them .....

I also wonder how you conclude he is a pedophile?  He was 17 when he had sex with the 14 year old girl.  The girl could look 18 for all you know.

You will have to trust the judge on whether he believes the person is serious about making a change to his life.  He doesn't just read through a single testimonial.  There has to be other supporting documents.  Not forgetting the father has cancer now and this can a life changing event for any son.

Let's hope so bah? .... the law should be on the side of law abiding citizens and keep these riff-raffs off the streets.
