I used to sleep for about 8 to 9 hours, nowadays is only like about 5 to 6 hours because of my inconsiderate neighbors staying above my apartment. So I am not sure to thanks them or ... :P

I think cicadian cycle is 8 hrs sleep if i am not wrong  ....

I slp alot but I start slping at 5am or 6am, and wake between 12pm to 1pm

so good especially if you are immune to your noisy neighbor staying above you, I am jealous of you ::)

I think I listen too much heavy metal young time, now hard of hearing lolz 8)
