one more player in the field... :P
The name ShuperStar is derived from the words Shoe (“Shu”) and Superstar, because we want everyone who wears our shoes to be the star attraction – a ShuperStar!

Tried shopee, but sales very bad there for me. Quite inactive. I did buy a dress from the app though.

Carousell still got more active buyers.

i find carousell more 2ndhand products from casual sellers.
shopee more retail shops selling their products.

i just found shopee today.
seems interesting site! many promotions inside

shopee got tons of free coupons, but it seems more for new products than 2nd hand deals leh

i think carousell has won just because first-mover advantage

it has more people / potential buyers who are active. and definitely more hassle-free in seller pov than the other 2 platforms mentioned.

Before mobile apps, yahoo auctions was the place to do your local buy/sells. kind of miss it still.
Shopee must have managed to get lots of "new members" signing up multiple accounts and for their app with the promotion of their discount codes but i guess they failed to build on it.
Now i associate Shopee with discount codes. The traders' prices are marked up if there are no discount codes to use so it's turning into ghost town.
Redmart? hmmm

I went to Shopee to look see. Seems like a "dead town".
Carousell has more volume in this sense.
I am stuck with Carousell now.  :-X

I think they issue discount codes to sellers in hope they pull some of their regular customers frm other platforms to their platform to enjoy the discount.
