will v-shaper achieve v-lined chin?
« on: July 20, 2018, 03:40:06 pm »
hi! has anyone ever used v-line shapers before? commercials keep telling that it’s quite possible to achieve a v-lined chin without undergoing any surgery. just wonder if it really works or a “traditional” plastic surgery is the only way? thanks a lot!

How can you change the shape of your bone with a band? I don’t really think that any of all alternatives like shapers, massage etc can give you the result of a plastic surgery. I proceeded v-line without even thinking that there might be some other ways. Commercials are for naïve, don’t be childish

What to be afraid of? Pain is quite bearable, won’t be able to eat normal food for few months though but it’s not a big deal, you can substitute with great number of different smoothies, puree, porridge etc or at least you can blend it. Discomfort was a problem only few days and as soon as you start exercise your month on opening/closing, the recovery becomes much easier. I proceeded the surgery only few months ago and believe me, my memories are very “fresh”

Of course! Maybe 2-3 days after the surgery it’d be a bit difficult but once excessive swelling is gone, the situation’d improve dramatically

I’ve seen so many pictures on other forums as well and in the Internet and the result is really good. I was thinking that’s it’s just advertising to attract more patients, can you share your result?

My swelling is not completely gone yet, but from the side I am still able to see quite the difference from my chin despite the pic only being a week old, here my result at current stage

yeah… the result isn’t as noticeable but I definitely can see how your chin became smaller. You look like you gained some weight lol did you have edemas under eyes like most describe? And is it your final result?

No, it’s not final yet. Dr Oh asked to wait at least 6 months and now it’s still too early. I had edemas but they were totally gone by the end of the first week of my recovery

how about skin sagging? whenever I see a review about v-line there is always someone who’s complaining about saggy skin after the surgery

Dr Oh uses a special approach with which he minimizes skin laxity after the procedure and I also think it’s very important to follow all instructions. Most possibly those people didn’t tie their faces with a band long enough
