Every morning start mouthing empathically the vowels - "A, E, I, O, U" x 20 to tone the facial and neck muscles .....

don't forget neck rolls. stretch as much as possible, especially when you roll your head backwards.

I only moisturise my hands niah.
Saw lines start to become deeper at neck area. The usualy face moisturiser is not helping loh... haiz...

I am in my 70s and I use Monsia Skincare day moisturiser during the day of course & the night repair cream at night but I also apply vit E oil to my neck area, forehead & one drop around each eye and this keeps my skin super hydrated and not showing any additional wrinkles. I find that using the vit E oil on my hands is good as well - but unfortunately I did not start early enough. Hands seem to show age 1st!

How to Stretch?

ermmm at @MiaMia  says ..... mouthing exaggerated "A, E, I, O, U" and tilt head backwards as far as you can,  do neck rolls, shoulder shrugs etc .....  it is a real time saver to do all this while gargling etc

Erm, 'neck creams' are jus a gimmick just use your normal moisturizer day and night. Massage it in an outward direction. When you are right under your neck push the skin towards the bottom of your face. since there's no oil gland on your neck, use a moisturizer with a cream base or an anti aging moisturiser. Most of the time we get wrinkles at our neck due to the lack of TLC at the area. So ensure that you give your neck the attention that it needs.

In addition to that do remember to massage your face as well. I have a diagram in the middle of this post - http://ireviewuread.com/post/79661969327/v10-plus-lx-series-launch-blogger-event to teach you how to properly massage your face to give yourself a mini spa in the comforts off your own home. Do remember NEVER to massage your face or neck WITHOUT any moisturizer or cream or massage oil because that will further damage your skin.

but if you're an oily-faced girl, your face moisturiser probably won't be nourishing enough for your neck....

What about your night moisturizer? It should be of a thicker consistency as compared to your day one.

I find aloe vera gel not very good for dry skin complexion as a moisturiser. It's not moist enough.

And what is mogong doodook ban ban cream. It sounds like some sound effect being put tgt lol

i'm very oily, so aloe vera is good! anyway, AVG is supposed to be very hydrating (hence you put it on sunburned skin). but since it also has tightening properties, it gives the misconception that your skin is dry.... not very sure about that though, just quoting my facial therapist.
and anyway, at night i mix 2 drops of organic grapeseed oil into my AVG to make it into a 'night cream'.
mogong dodook means pore thief in korean. ban ban means half-half. so this cream gives you a pore tightening day gel-cream and a nourishing night cream. you can either use them separately, or mix the two creams in whichever ratio that suits your skin more.
korea is now trending this ban ban craze... i also have a ban ban mask. in korea, even their gong cha have ban ban cup (2 flavours in 1).

O.o I didn't know that it have tightening properties, that might explain why my U zone feel so tight after using it as a moisturiser once (I have a dry U-zone). Even with that, it's not very suitable for dry skin users as a moisturiser as it's not moisturising enough - I felt itchy and very uncomfortable after using it, it's like it's craving for water.

Long story short, Aloe vera as moisturizer for oily to normal skin type is ok but dry skin type not so much.

O.o what does the grapeseed oil do? TBH I am quite lazy when it comes to routine. I would rather get a cream slap it all over my face and that's it. I mean come on I have so many other steps to do already I don't need to be a scientist when I just wake up or go to bed.

Ohhhhhhh, Belif had them (I think it was belif, IDK I forgotten what brand), I tried the sample - too much work for the mixing part. I felt like I'm mixing foundation colours together to match my skin tone, so I just use them separately. I like the half half mask idea tho.

I think the ban ban cup is a fabulous idea, more often then not I always want to try 2 flavours but I can't drink them all by myself. I pity the BBT staff tho, so much more work.

"Other than helping with prevention of acne and skin aging, grapeseed oil also helps to tighten out skin and minimises the appearance of dark circles. It also does wonder for our hair, helping with hair growth and combating dandruff"

i've reviewed both grapeseed oil and sweet almond oil on my blog: http://molly-mia.blogspot.sg/2016/11/mias-review-naturalistco-facial-oils.html
