Hard selling facial parlour
« on: April 01, 2018, 02:52:12 pm »
Hey, has anyone came across this beautician at wheelock by the name of Bxxxxxxa Axxxxxxxc?
Anyone care to share their experience there??
I signed a package with them of 4k at that time cause i thought the session was ok after the trial. But after that came the horror. Each facial session the beautician will constantly try to hard sell me some new treatment. Constantly telling them im not intetested and will prefer to stick to my current one. Then if one fail they will call another colleague to persuade me. What nonsense is this?!
I would also like to touch on their hygiene. The beauticians dont seem to wash their hands? Each time they leave the room to get the equipment etc, once back they will just proceed with the treatment straight away. They dont even bother to wash their hands. What is this?!
Right now im just hoping to faster clear out all my session since i already spent freaking 4k on this poot.
Customer service level 0. I seriously pity those new comers who come in each them. I feel so sorry for them and i wished i could tell them my experience so no one else will fall into this shitthole.

Sorry to hear of your experience .... yeah quite a number of skincare centres are resorting to "pressure" upselling ....  i would say go use up your package and look to DIY treatment ....

Get plenty of sleep and water ... they do wonders and it is free ....

No matter which facial parlour is the same .. have went to one keep hardselling.
Close me in a room.
Number 1 staff come in n persuade. I say no.
Number 1 staff go out n staff 2 come in persuade . I say no.
Number 2 staff go out n manager came in to persuade. I say no.
End result no money was lost as I say no but I wasted one hour plus of my life hearing people talk about product they don't even know wad chemical ingredients inside.
Den go for final session last time I rushed out before they can put me in the room lol.

Think they don't understand each customer needs. I signed a package because one of the procedure during trial was v relaxing (not because I want to improve facial aesthetics) but throughout the persuasion keep telling me my facial aesthetics will become worse if don't do their treatment lol like I bother about that.

Go for relaxation end up being more stressed so I cancelled liao.

Bellaza Aesthetics?
Walked past a few times and its always packed with made-up consultants. The same creepy concept as Skin Lab

Nowadays I hardly go to commercial salons. And some are known to be very hardsell. Sometimes too tempted by the savings per treatment for a package but ended up seldom use the package due to timing then you will waste your hard-earned money instead. Now I try to look for home base salon as per recommendations from friends.

Today I just encountered the staff asked me twice WHY I don't want to renew/sign up for extra service since mine is finishing. I just replied it is not a necessity and I don't stay nearby.
