I eat birds nest first time is OK...no money then discontinued. Second time round no effect

Got to ask this question, is drinking collagen better than just applying vit E oil on your skin every night? I ask because I read this:
https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi0-Y3mpdbTAhWnKcAKHVtPC9cQFgg1MAE&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.livestrong.com%2Farticle%2F25515-benefits-vitamin-e-oil-skin%2F&usg=AFQjCNEeG7y_Tr0t-vrirbkwtLUKoGIwKA
I still use my Monsia intense night repair cream but I apply the vit E oil on top and my skin is still supple and hydrated in the morning. I only do this in the winter in the UK, but aircon has the same effect as central heating - drying the air in the room.

only HSA can determine what is "safe" ..... don't be fooled by charlatans proclaiming knowledge on the internet

http://www.hsa.gov.sg/content/hsa/en/Health_Products_Regulation/Complementary_Health_Products/Health_Supplements.html

whilst no "pre-sale approval" is required for sale of supplements OTC,  there is a post-market surveillance similar to cosmetic products ....

if in doubt,  go to source ie. HSA

you pay government taxes,  make them do some work .....

these are the contact numbers at HSA
