Anti-aging
« on: October 31, 2015, 09:17:18 pm »
i admit i am damn scared of aging.. i just watched the movie wo de shao nv shi dai and i thought the actress chen qiao en looks aged with the facial lines! and worse is, im near her age... *think until cannot slp at night*

im using skincare products at night but i don't put on sunblock in the morning because i only wash my face with water in the morning. my skin is too dry and if i use cleanser to wash it in the morning, it will start to flake. how how? can i put on sunblock if i never wash my face with cleanser? i think my facial lines will come out even faster if i continue to not put sunblock....  :'(

can someone advise me pls?

Either avoid the sun or use sunblock .... there is no choice.  photo-aging is the cause of premature aging and wrinkles.

the best beauty advice next to sleep is sunblock.

this is the photo of an american truck driver whose left side has seen serious photo-aging

U should use moisturiser if your face is dry Mah

Mix sunscreen with high upv into your moisturizer

Use a makeup remover to remove sunblock at night

If you lead an active lifestyle in the day eg. Scuba or waterskiing then better to use SPF50 sunblock and reapply after every few hours.

It's photoaging, nothing to do with cleansing.

Check the UVa rating on your sunblock. That is the spectrum that causes the most damage. UVb   causes sunburn

@butiamhere

Yes you can apply sunscreen without cleaning your face with cleanser in the morning. Just rmb to remove it at night before sleeping to prevent outbreaks.  ;)

You don't want to wash your face with cleanser in the morning coz it will be flaky?
Then have you thought that when you sleep, there are dust around you, your face touches the pillow and your hair. Hence, your face will be dirty and later will have pimples?
If your face is dry, can use Laneige sleeping mask at night. Weather has started to turn cold now. My face also starts to become flaky but i am still washing my face in the morning. Just need to be more hardworking in applying the sleeping mask at night loh...

Everyone is concerned about their skin and beauty. There are many products and treatments provided by Wellness Center Fort Lauderdale that help fighting the signs of aging. :-*

I'm actually quite scared of using eye products because I will have milli seeds appearing thereafter  :'(
